Austin, Texas – August 9, 2016 – Loop1 Systems Inc., a global IT Professional Services and Training company, is expanding its comprehensive course offerings to include a new two-day course for the SolarWinds® Web Help Desk ticketing tool.
The Web Help Desk product is a powerful tool for help desk ticketing and IT asset management. It can be self-hosted by the client or by a hosting provider and the new course offered by Loop1 will accommodate both environments.
Loop1 provides a number of SolarWinds® training courses that can be taken at their state of the art training lab, virtually from the attendee’s desk or onsite with the client for groups and teams. This course will initially be offered virtually beginning in the second half of October. Exact dates will be released over the coming weeks.
