Loop1 Expands Course Offerings to Include SolarWinds® Web Help Desk

Austin, Texas – August 9, 2016 – Loop1 Systems Inc., a global IT Professional Services and Training company, is expanding its comprehensive course offerings to include a new two-day course for the SolarWinds® Web Help Desk ticketing tool.

The Web Help Desk product is a powerful tool for help desk ticketing and IT asset management. It can be self-hosted by the client or by a hosting provider and the new course offered by Loop1 will accommodate both environments.

Loop1 provides a number of SolarWinds® training courses that can be taken at their state of the art training lab, virtually from the attendee’s desk or onsite with the client for groups and teams. This course will initially be offered virtually beginning in the second half of October. Exact dates will be released over the coming weeks.

“As a company, we host hundreds of solutions for thousands of WHD technicians and our instructors teach from their experiences working in the field as they guide students through the many real life uses cases of WHD,” says Bryan Frankel, Director of Services.

The growing demand for this course is driven by new deployments for first time users, new team members who need functional competency quickly, and experienced users who can benefit from advanced training.

Solarwinds products receive global recognition from the IT professional community

Solarwinds has had a great start to 2014. They have recently been awarded a strong list of “Best of’s” around their network management software.

Network Management
Network Computing Magazine, a U.K. publication, named SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM) “Software Product of the Year” and also recognized it as runner-up for “Network Management Product of the Year” in March.

Loop1 Systems to create jobs in Cork, Ireland with Establishment of a Sales, Customer Support, and Technical Center

Cork, January 29th, 2013 – Loop1 Systems Inc., a company that specialises in training and professional services for SolarWinds customers across North America and the EMEA region is to establish an EMEA sales, customer support and technical centre in Cork with the creation of 17 new jobs. Loop1 chose Cork as the location for this operation due to its close relationship with SolarWinds, which has its EMEA headquarters in Cork. A large number of Loop1’s customers are multinational companies that have a need to service their computer networks.
