Job Description: Are you an over-communicator? Do you sweat the small stuff? We want to talk to you!Loop1 Systems is looking for an Administrative Coordinator.  This position is based out of CORK, IRELAND and provides front line support to the sales and accounting team as well as all office staff.   Strong written and verbal communication skills will be the key to success in this position.

Tasks Include but are not limited to

  • Assist in creation and maintenance of internal documents
  • Research Business Development Opportunities
  • Entering information into various computer systems/applications
  • Assist sales department with special projects, vendor paperwork, maintenance, renewals, quotes and other support duties
  • Assist accounting department with communications and accounts receivable follow-up
  • Assist scheduling department with communications and booking confirmations
  • General Administrative duties as needed
  • Assist Executives in scheduling meetings and calendar management
  • Assist in planning/executing company-wide events and meetings to include travel planning
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 year of experience performing administrative duties
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and care
  • Have a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment
