Over his career, he’s held industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CISSP from ICS2. Bill holds five SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP) designations for NPM, SAM, NCM, NTA, and Design. Under his leadership, Loop1 has grown to more than 100 Loopsters with offices in the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, and Sri Lanka.
