As we rapidly head toward the half-year mark, I find myself reflecting on the remarkably productive start to 2024 for Loop1.
Having had the privilege to attend all three of the SolarWinds Transform Partner Summit events for EMEA, APJ, and the Americas, I’m filled with enthusiasm and optimism for the future of our partnership.
From the picturesque streets of Lisbon to the tranquil shores of Bali, and the vibrant energy of Miami, each summit boasted not only exceptional host cities and venues but also a remarkable turnout of partners from across the globe. It was heartening to witness the dedication and engagement of so many partners in each region, underscoring the strength and commitment of the SolarWinds community.

A highlight of each summit was undoubtedly the keynote speakers who engaged audiences with their insights, knowledge, and personality. From thought-provoking discussions on industry trends to inspiring anecdotes about overcoming challenges, the keynote speakers left a lasting impression on all who attended. Their ability to energize and inspire was excellent, setting a positive tone for the rest of the event and infusing each summit with a sense of excitement and possibility. Oh, and of course, a particular highlight for Loop1 was picking up the Excellence in Enablement award at the North America Partner Summit! We were honored to be recognized for our part in shaping our client experiences.
In the second year of the SolarWinds Transform messaging, it’s evident that the metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly is well underway. Particularly in EMEA and APJ, where SolarWinds has made significant strides in its partnership journey, the foundation for a successful channel team is firmly established and beginning to thrive.
While the departure of the leadership team that spearheaded the Transform program undoubtedly introduced some challenges and slowed the pace of change, it’s reassuring to see that the current team is unwavering in its commitment to the Transform message and its vision for the future.
For our teams in the Americas, this commitment has translated into stronger relationships between resellers, distributors, and SolarWinds itself, fostering a sense of collaboration and unity that is truly inspiring.
Looking ahead to our plans for growth in 2024, one of the key initiatives driving our strategy is our distribution partnership with Climb Channel Solutions. This partnership represents an exciting opportunity for us to expand our reach and deliver our innovative solutions to a broader audience. With Climb’s extensive network and expertise in the industry, we are confident that this partnership will propel us to new heights and enable us to better serve our customers.
From a product perspective, SolarWinds continues to impress. The Hybrid Cloud Observability (HCO) platform, now entering its third year, has gained significant momentum as clients worldwide embrace the upgrade and reap its myriad benefits. Similarly, SolarWinds Observability (SWO) is rapidly gaining traction, paving the way for the realization of the SolarWinds Platform—a seamless integration of the best features of both solutions, delivering unparalleled on-premises and SaaS monitoring observability with unmatched affordability and functionality.
