This attainment marks an important milestone in Loop1’s global Cisco Partnership Roadmap, that sets out the plan for all Loop1 operations to achieve Premier Partner Status by the end of Q1 2021.
Autin, TX | December 19,2020 – Loop1, LLC, a leading global IT Operations Management (ITOM) company specializing in the SolarWinds® ITOM product offering; and Cisco Partner with specializations in unified communications and Webex collaboration, today announced that it has successfully met all the authorization program requirements necessary to earn Cisco Premier Partner accreditation status for its operations in the US.
In order to achieve Cisco Premier Certification, Loop1 was required to attain the Cisco Express specialization. This specialization includes tests on technical competency in the integration of Cisco collaboration architecture including both on-prem and cloud-based solutions such as Cisco unified communications, the complete Webex suite including Cisco Webex Calling, and Cisco Webex Meeting. In addition, Loop1 was required to integrate a base level of Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and demonstrate high levels of client satisfaction based on independently audited client surveys.
The Cisco Premier Partner Certification strengthens our relationship with Cisco, and our commitment to our clients globally.
