Attainment further strengthens our strategic partner relationships, and new lines of business that support the needs of our global clients

Austin, TX | September 28, 2020—Loop1, LLC, a leading global IT Operations Management (ITOM) company specializing in the SolarWinds® ITOM product offering; and Cisco Partner with specializations in unified communications and Webex collaboration, today announced that it has successfully met all the authorization program requirements necessary to earn Cisco Select Partner designation status for its operations in the US, UK, and Singapore

This attainment marks an important milestone in Loop1’s global Cisco Partnership Roadmap, that will see the US, UK, and Singapore join the APJ operation at Premier Partner Status by the end of 2020.

The Cisco Select Partner Certification strengthens our relationship with Cisco, and our commitment to our clients globally. It enables us to provide an increased level of support and further enhances our ability to address the requirements of our clients’ evolving needs. The certification is an acknowledgment that our pre-sales, sales, and client support teams are more than ably equipped to design, quote, deploy, and support Cisco solutions.

Commenting on the certification, Anthony Bettanin, Chief Operating Officer at Loop1, stated “We are delighted to extend our Cisco offerings globally. Extending our partner status places us in a unique position to provide Cisco services to a sophisticated client base who are monitoring their mission-critical environments. Many of our clients use SolarWinds to monitor their Cisco networks, so this evolution is a natural fit for Loop1, based on our proven global expertise.”

Built on strong Cisco foundations

Loop1 already holds Cisco Premier Partner status in APJ with specializations in unified communications and Webex collaboration. The APJ team has its roots in telecommunications and Webex Calling and Contact Center technology and implemented a company-wide integration of the Cisco Webex platform, including Calling, Teams and Meetings, in February 2020.

Loop1 has seen significant growth in 2020, with the expansion of its global operations following the acquisition of Kenson Network Engineering in the UK and the XLATE Group in Australia. The combined group now has more than 100 employees across 4 continents, clients in more than 60 countries and 50+ SolarWinds SCP, and Cisco certified engineers holding CCNP’s and CCIE’s.
